Plant & Machinery  

1. PRINTING  The flexible packaging project has a current production capacity of 125 MT/Month. The machine installed at our unit isa Hi-Tech Rotogravure Printing Machines ensuring high quality graphics.  The 8 colour Rotogravure Printing Machine comes with digital controls, web camera, web guide and computerized tension control for HD printing.   The machine operates at a speed of 175 metres/min. Fully ARC Machines is an 8 colors Rotogravure which operates at a speed of 250 mts / min.    

2. LAMINATION  Solvent based lamination machines with speed limit up to 200 mts/min

5. POUCHING  Servo controlled pouch forming machine with Zipper – 150 pouch/min.    Pouching Machine fully automatic with 200 pouching/min
